Candidate Statement: My name is Charlotte, I'm 16 and am
currently doing my A levels in criminology, history and politics. I want to be
a Welsh Youth parliament member because I feel I have many good ideas and can
contribute positively to the youth. I will go to schools all over from
primary's to universities and ask them what they want, and find ways to help
them influence the way we are run. I stand for young people and promise be the
voice they need. I know first-hand what issues young people face because of my
volunteering at youth provisions. Which leads me into my experience, I take
A-level politics so I will be able to use that alongside my experience in
aiding the youth during my time in youth parliament, I also enjoy keeping up to
date on things that are happening politics especially affecting the youth
because it's important to me that I know what's going on in the UK that will
affect me.
