Alfie was a Member of the third Welsh Youth Parliament from October 2024 to April 2025.

The following was his candidate statement for election to the third Welsh Youth Parliament:

My key issues are:

• Food
• Housing
• Transport

I would like to be a youth parliament member as me and others have the same issues. I would go around the community and ask how the feel and what we can improve in as a whole, because I'm really persuasive person and I listen to what the people want. I’m a good IT person and I like a challenge and I'm easy getting on with people and easy to work with.
